Happy Birthday, Cole

On Jan 14 Cole turned 9. I still don't know where all the time went, but he is growing up to be such a neat kid. I asked him what he wanted on his cake and he told me that he wanted sharks attacking people in the water. Well, that is not something you can find off the shelf. So we got a beach scene cake and we went looking for sharks and people. I couldn't find any, anywhere. So what we settled on was monsters coming out of the water attacking ninjas.
I love the way it turned out. What do you think?

We Have a Winner!!

Cole won 1st place at the pinewood derby this year! He also came in 2nd for best in show in the Bear Den and his car from 2 years ago won the legacy race!
Way to go, Cole!!
